64 - This I have driven over 500 miles

So another companion!!! Elder Andrews from Samoa! He is 6 months younger than me (youngest companion I've had, well biggest gap, Benson when I was with him was the youngest) 9th companion!
He's been out for 3 months and has just finished training. Which to me I can see it, just in the way he does things, mainly because I did the same things when I was that young on mission :')
But I love him, he's a great guy, although it always takes time to adjust.

Funny to hear about that experience from Teri. I need to write to her but I literally can't find the time, I even struggle to find time to write in my journal which I haven't done for about 5 months, and I haven't written in it consistently since my first area!! Over a year ago! Will have to try again!

Being DL to Elder Benson is actually okay!! He's really chilled and relaxed now. I'm looking forward to having him in the district! And he's being supportive as well which is really good, I needed it this week!
The new district is actually working out really well! But I've learned on my mission not to judge things by the first fruits, going to wait and see what happens!

Did so much driving this week! Drove like 800kms! So I'm very good at it now!
This week there is a mission activity for the whole mission. WE are going to the Walter Sisulu gardens and climbing one of the peaks there! So looking forward to that and hoping to get pictures with all my ex-companions so I have proper ones with them!

It was Stake Conference this week and the stake presidency was re-organized because the old one is going to be the mission president in Cape Town. Funnily enough one of the members in our ward has become one of the councilors :-)
Stake conference was good, 3 of our investigators came!!! Although the overflow rooms weren't so good, we settled in the Relief Society room
Stake conference seems much shorter now than when I was a child...

Oh and we were in the hall during the main session and one of the members comes up and tells us that someone is trying to steal some of the bikes off one of the cars, so we all run out, like 12 missionaries, but they'd gone, so we had to take the bikes inside!
Saw President KwaiKwai there too! (the branch president from my first area) which was awesome to see him!

Working hard this week and it's all starting to pay off, we've got some people who are making real progress and also finding some really good potential new people

That's about it for my week!
